Return Policy

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order for eligible unworn merchandise. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and documentation intact. Styles marked as final sale, made-to-order sizes, custom-engraved or personalized styles, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits, and shipping fees are not eligible for return or exchange.


For any item accompanied by an original certificate (such as a diamond or gold certificate), that certificate must be included with your return. Please contact our Customer Care team for return instructions before sending any item back.

How to Request a Return

1.    Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange and receive instructions.
2.    Include your return packing slip along with your unworn merchandise and place it securely in the original packaging.
3.    Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your drop-off receipt, as Noor 8 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be received and processed — an email notification will be sent once complete. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used on your order.

Exchanges

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be received and processed — an email notification will be sent once complete. Our team will process your exchange and contact you if they have any questions. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

Gifts

If a Noor 8 gift you received isn't right for you, please contact our Customer Care team. Subject to eligibility and a valid proof of purchase, we would be happy to offer an exchange or a non-refundable store credit to be used at Noor 8.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.
